A high-impact Sr. Architectural Project Manager opportunity is available in Dallas, TX with a growing affordable multi-family housing developer expanding its internal architecture division. This fully in-office leadership role offers the chance to serve as an Owner’s Representative, influence design and execution from concept through completion, and help shape standards for a stable pipeline of affordable housing projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Architectural Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture, construction management, project management, or a related field, preferably supporting multi-family or affordable housing projects.
- Associate’s degree in Architecture or a related field preferred; Licensed Architect preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, project management software/tools, and standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, specifications, and deliverables for quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to support timely and financially aligned project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and internal development, construction, and architecture teams.
- Oversee permitting, entitlement processes, zoning requirements, building codes, affordable housing guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Attend OAC meetings and site visits while identifying risks, resolving issues, and protecting the owner’s interests.
Salary: $165,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
