Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineering Manager position include:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading and coordinating multi-discipline engineering teams
- At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering management and design for commercial buildings, preferably in aviation, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, or government facilities
- Revit MEP proficiency required, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 and engineering software
- Strong understanding of local, state, and national codes, consulting engineering processes, and multiple project delivery methods
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers, including workload planning, mentoring, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
- Perform electrical system design for lighting, power distribution, emergency generation, fire alarm, security, and related systems while coordinating BIM production and contract documents
- Support construction administration, maintain strong client and partner relationships, and ensure projects stay on track for scope, quality, and client satisfaction
Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
