Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering while leading the design and development of electronic tools and products for HVAC/R applications
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in new product design while guiding projects from concept through production readiness
- Experience with low-voltage printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and circuit design while developing product specifications and technical documentation
- Proficiency with electronic design automation software and 3D CAD tools while transforming design concepts into production-ready documentation
- Knowledge of sensors, testing procedures, and new product development processes while designing test plans and supporting validation activities
- Strong leadership skills while mentoring junior engineers and leading engineering projects across multiple contributors
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams while ensuring component specifications and product requirements are met
- Excellent communication and organizational skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
