This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing industrial real estate organization as a Construction Development Manager in Bloomfield, Connecticut. This company has experienced explosive growth over the past few years, expanding its industrial footprint nationwide, and offers a collaborative, hands-on environment where experienced professionals play a key role in shaping large-scale development and acquisition strategies.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Development Manager position include:
- Applying hands-on construction and engineering experience to problem-solving and decision-making
- Assisting with analysis of industrial property acquisitions and development opportunities
- Evaluating ground-up development projects and tenant improvement (TI) work
- Reviewing civil, structural, land entitlement, and survey information
- Supporting project managers with pricing, budgeting, and feasibility reviews
- Traveling periodically for site visits and due diligence inspections
- Preparing reports and analysis related to prospective properties and developments
- Collaborating closely with in-house project management, legal, and property teams
- Applying hands-on construction and engineering experience to problem-solving and decision-making
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
