- Responsible for workers comp claims over 26 24/7 buildings throughout Florida
- Extensive experience with claims management, incident and claims data analysis, claims investigations, settlements, and litigation
- Kaizen Project Leader
- Risk management skill set has been utilized to manage large-scale claims, create and implement training programs, simplify and improve processes, and effectively supervise/lead multiple sites
- CDL Class A with X endorsement
