We are working with a Vice President of Construction Services with strong contract experience at the commercial, state, and federal level.
Projects & Experience:
- Experience with construction management on a variety of construction disciplines including concrete, electrical / lighting, instrumentation, and more
- Broad leadership experience including client / investor relationship management, all-inclusive project management for various project types, construction strategy development, and support of field crews/subcontractors, performance reviews, and more
- Proposal development, change-order, and cost-estimate experience
- Commercial experience includes new-build, renovation, and expansion of existing facilities
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
- Skills in Primavera, AutoCAD, CQM, OSHA 40 hour, and more
