- Civil Engineer, P.E., P.M. (Florida – just renewed in Nov.)
- Experience with the acquisition of permits including City, Jacksonville Electric Authority , St. Johns River I Suwannee River Water Management District and Florida Department of Transportation
- 18 years developing in the Northeast Florida Market (Jacksonville specifically)
