Construction Superintendent has been involved in many successful projects, including ground up and remodeling construction for light commercial and high end residential projects of up to $2 million dollars.
They have an extensive background in carpentry and are experienced working with MEP’s as well as other tradesmen. They are proficient with Primavera and are OSHA 30 certified.
In a recent position, they worked with an engineer on a custom single family home project that had a chimney shaft that was constructed without structural support. They came up with a solution to create a custom roof strap that was approved by the engineer, in turn the project was finished on time and they saved the project money.
