- Extensive experience managing construction schedule and budget for new construction and major renovations
- Comfortable negotiating subcontracts, interfacing with clients, design team, landlord and all applicable entities to complete projects on time and on budget
- Proven ability to act as an owner’s representative during design and construction between user groups and designers and between designers and contractors
- Solid background managing the design process from project inception and advance planning, through design to construction administration and close-out.
