- Extensive hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems including RTUs, AHUs, ARUs, FCUs, BCUs, and exhaust systems.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Certified in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, Confined Space, and Scissor Lift Operation.
