Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in Construction Management for high-end single and multi-family homes in South Florida. Capable of taking single family projects ranging from $500K to $10MM from conceptual design to project completion. The majority of their project experience is in High-End Residential buildouts, interior renovations and remodels, but has collaborated on a few ground up projects as well.
Provides an Architectural background and can communicate clear concepts to clients during walkthroughs/ meetings. Also well-adept to coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and Interior Designers and keeping budgets and schedules.
- 15+ years’ experience in High-End Residential homes and condos throughout South Florida
- BS in Business Administration and BA in Architectural Design
- Experience in New Construction and Build Out projects
- Ability to read and interpret all construction and engineering documents
- Experience using ProCore, Primavera, Microsoft Office
