- Skilled in workplace safety, cost control, blueprint reading, and lean manufacturing.
- Experience in setting up and operating Manual Lathes, Manual Knee Mills, CNC Mills, EDM Machines, Surface Grinders, and Cylindrical Grinders.
- Competent in Set-up Editing & Programming using conventional controls and CAD-CAM software like Fusion 360.
- MIG/Stick welding experience and expertise in design and fabrication.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong supervisory skills and the ability to train and motivate teams.
