In this Vice President, Quality & Product Performance opportunity, you’ll lead quality ownership and product performance across cementitious blends and novel binders—translating lab and field results into reliable, customer-ready products.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President, Quality & Product Performance position include:
- Senior leadership experience overseeing quality and product performance for cementitious materials, with cement-industry experience required.
- Deep expertise in cementitious blend design, quality control, product performance, and novel binders.
- Demonstrated success bringing new materials or binder technologies from development into practical commercial use.
- Lead portfolio-wide quality strategy, testing standards, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize blends and binders and establish performance criteria using laboratory and field results.
- Resolve quality issues in partnership with operations, technical, and commercial teams to support product adoption.
- Build and mentor a team focused on consistent performance, sound data, and practical problem-solving.
- Strong ability to communicate technical findings to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
Salary: $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
