Join our dynamic team as a Structural Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ. We are a well-established engineering firm known for our innovative approach and strong team culture. We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer with a proven track record in building design and project leadership, especially in sectors like healthcare, education, commercial, and multi-family—but not heavy industrial. This role is crucial for someone who enjoys mentoring younger engineers and is ready to handle significant projects as we expand our operations.
Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Structural Project Manager Include:
- Minimum of 10 years’ structural engineering experience, with a preference for candidates who have 15 years or more.
- Licensed as a PE or SE, with a strong technical background in designing steel and concrete buildings.
- Expected to lead multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities, provide technical guidance, mentor project teams, and develop strong client relationships.
- Experience in managing high-value projects and a desire to grow within the company either through management, technical expertise, or client/business development.
- Proficiency with RAM, Bentley suite, ETabs; familiarity with Revit
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a high-deductible HSA option as well as a traditional PPO, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) with a 4% match after one year. Annual bonus potential 10-15%. Paid overtime.
