Qualifications and responsibilities for this Underground Utilities Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utilities construction
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and customer expectations
- Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies
- Oversee vendor, supplier, and subcontractor pricing and deliveries
- Review design documents, site plans, and improvement plans
- Manage permits and approvals for each project
- Coordinate field efforts related to site work, including inspections and engineering
Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
