Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Project Manager opportunity include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License, and willingness to obtain in other states through reciprocity as project needs arise
- 10+ years of experience in Structural Engineering of which at least 5 years of experience is in Construction Engineering
- Geo-Structural experience a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Mathcad, and Bluebeam
- Manage and deliver various projects, including design of temporary structures, engineered lift plans, and demolition & erection plans
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring quality work delivery within time and budget constraints
- Manage client relationships and engage in business development activities
- Conduct site visits to assess field conditions and meet with clients, with travel predominantly in the Northeast US and less than 10% of the time
Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
