This Senior Project Manager opportunity in the Tampa Bay, FL area offers the chance to own the administrative backbone of luxury construction while collaborating closely across design, architecture, and purchasing teams.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury custom single-family residential construction
- Own budgets, schedules, and day-to-day project administration
- Manage contracts and handle change orders
- Lead client meetings with polished, client-facing communication
- Support selection-based buyouts
- Work ahead of construction with the Construction Manager, Architecture, Interior Design, and Purchasing teams
- Strong written and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Degree preferred; any field considered
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
