Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and active PE license in Kansas or Missouri (required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/site development, ideally with strong private land development experience
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience working with junior engineers and designers
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam, ArcGIS Pro, and MS Project
- Ability to manage all aspects of private development projects—entitlements, platting, rezoning, budgeting, timelines, and fee estimates
- Comfortable getting into CAD occasionally and guiding junior staff on technical execution
- Proven track record building or maintaining strong client relationships and local connections
- Self-starter capable of leading projects with minimal oversight and contributing to business development
Salary: $128,000 - $156,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
