Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals (stairs, handrails, canopies, etc.)
- Lead full project lifecycle from award through close-out, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and erection
- Manage budgets, schedules (MS Project/Primavera), procurement, and field coordination across multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience managing up to $1.5M projects in size, with 50+ projects annually
- Proficient with Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360; familiarity with AutoCAD, Tekla, SDS2 is a plus
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and contract management abilities
- Deep understanding of shop/erection drawings, AISC/OSHA/ASTM standards, and fabrication workflows
- Comfortable being in the office (99%) and working with a 15-person team; company truck included
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year + bonus (5% of projects, approx. $50,000–$60,000/year), commensurate with experience.
