This Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager opportunity is based in the north Austin, TX area, where you’ll lead projects from initiation through completion and help set the tone for senior leadership presence.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager position include:
- 7+ years of PM experience, including successful project completions in electrical construction (projects of $10M+).
- Lead and manage electrical projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and safety standards.
- Maintain cost control through accurate budgeting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety protocols while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders, and provide regular updates to company leadership.
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: $675/month vehicle and toll allowance plus fuel card; $75/month phone allowance; PTO typically starts at 3 weeks but could be bumped to 4 weeks based on current career stage; eligible to participate in the 401k program at the first of the month following 90 days of employment with a 100% match of the first 3% an employee contributes; eligible to participate in other benefits beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment; access to free concierge medical services beginning day 1.
