Step into a stable, family-owned electrical team serving residential customers across White Lake, Michigan, with occasional light commercial work and a culture that values hands-on leadership. In this Residential Electrical Journeyman Supervisor opportunity, you’ll oversee a small group of electricians and apprentices while staying active in the field and supporting estimates and day-to-day coordination.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Electrical Journeyman Supervisor position include:
- At least two years of field experience as a licensed journeyman electrician
- Active Michigan journeyman electrician license
- Supervisor or team-lead experience, including training and mentoring apprentices
- Residential electrical expertise, with comfort supervising both residential and light commercial projects
- Ability to prepare residential electrical estimates
- Primarily field-based work with some office and administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Use of SteelEdge CRM; company will train
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: The company offers great medical benefits, including a grandfathered Gold plan, plus dental and vision, $30,000 life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) with a match of up to 50% on contributions up to 6%. PTO may be negotiable, typically starting with two weeks and increasing with tenure, plus six holidays. A company vehicle is provided and may be taken home but is not for personal use.
