Bring your construction leadership to Northern New Jersey and help deliver meaningful public-sector projects with a team that values quality, accountability, and momentum. In this Project Manager/Owners Representative opportunity based in Little Falls, NJ, you’ll coordinate end-to-end execution across $10M–$25M publicly bid new construction and renovation work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 3–5 years of project management or owner’s representative experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering or construction management preferred)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Project
- Procore required
- Coordinate and manage overall project files and systems
- Manage Requests for Information (RFI’s), submittals, and shop drawings
- Attend and distribute meeting minutes; take weekly progress photos
- Support construction inspection, scheduling, and quality control/quality assurance
Salary: $85K–$110K+ per year, commensurate with experience.
