Build your future with a tech-forward AEC services division being launched from the ground up, backed by an established, financially stable organization. This Project Manager / Cost Manager opportunity is remote, with Los Angeles, CA as a preferred hub, and offers the chance to help shape processes while supporting multifamily, industrial, and commercial projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project/Cost Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, cost management, estimating, preconstruction, or related fields (flexible for top performers)
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction cost estimates
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses for commercial, multifamily, and industrial construction projects
- Develop bid packages, bid leveling analyses, and subcontractor comparisons
- Support budgeting, value engineering, procurement, and preconstruction planning
- Manage project administration including change orders, document control, closeout documentation, and project reporting
- Coordinate with a global delivery team to delegate and review estimating and project deliverables
- Utilize technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline project workflows
Salary: Up to $200,000 per year (W2 or 1099 options available), commensurate with experience.
