Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 4 years of construction project management experience, with strong knowledge of general contracting processes and procedures.
- Experience managing public-sector construction projects, including K-12 schools, universities, municipal buildings, and government facilities.
- Highly proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace preferred; comparable construction management software experience will be considered.
- Manage commercial and public works construction projects ranging from $500K to $10M.
- Oversee project execution and coordinate construction activities to support successful project delivery.
- Work closely with project teams, including superintendents, while maintaining effective communication throughout the construction process.
- Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with approximately 80% of time spent in the office and 20% visiting local project sites within an hour of the office.
Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
