Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Engineer/Coordinator position include:
- 3+ years of construction experience, with commercial flooring experience is a plus
- Experience in estimating, planning, and execution of construction projects
- Ability to read, understand, and follow required construction documents
- Work directly with the Project Manager to present estimates and budgets for approval
- Submit materials to client representatives and maintain required project documentation
- Document job progress in company systems and assist with project setup and closeout
- Complete estimate change orders and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Build strong working relationships with clients, coworkers, and vendors while supporting project success
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
