Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Project Manager position include:
- 7+ years of drafting experience, preferably in oil & gas, natural gas, or infrastructure projects – lead drafting efforts including plats, site plans, and pipeline ROWs
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (required) – produce and review high-quality technical drawings and models
- Experience with MicroStation (Bentley) preferred – support multi-platform project requirements
- Strong leadership or management experience – oversee, mentor, and review work of drafters and engineers
- Client-facing experience – manage relationships, lead meetings, and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
- Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, API, regulatory compliance) – ensure all deliverables meet required codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Field verification and data management experience – conduct site visits, validate as-builts, and maintain accurate drawing records
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
