In this Professional Land Surveyor opportunity, you’ll lead technical work across residential, commercial, retail, and industrial projects while helping guide project teams with precision and expertise.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor position include:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Professional Land Surveyor, with the ability to resolve boundaries
- Prepare ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, parcel maps, topographic surveys, improvement location certificates, legal descriptions, exhibits, and related surveying deliverables
- Coordinate with surveying and engineering staff
- Plot and interpret legal descriptions, survey maps, and construction drawings
- Use Trimble Business Center (TBC) to process survey data and prepare drawings or deliverables
- Perform QA/QC checks on work completed by self and others
- Maintain and organize CAD files to ensure consistency with company standards
- Use Civil 3D, Trimble, and Microsoft Office tools to support deliverables
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
