Build your career with a growing manufacturing team in Franklin, KY, where you’ll help drive production from the ground up. In this Production Supervisor opportunity, you’ll lead assembly, kitting, and laser engraving operations while supporting a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Supervisor position include:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of manufacturing or assembly line experience; 2 or more years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assembly line, kitting, and engraving operators and production staff.
- Ensure production schedules, output targets, and quality standards are met.
- Assign workstations, manage labor allocation, and adjust staffing based on production needs.
- Monitor processes to ensure products are built according to work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Train, coach, and support employees on procedures, safety practices, quality standards, and company policies.
- Enforce safety rules, proper use of PPE, housekeeping standards, and 5S practices on the production floor.
- Track production performance, downtime, scrap, rework, attendance, and other key metrics; complete production reports and shift handover documentation.
Salary: $65k-$75k per year, commensurate with experience.
