Bring your industrial printing expertise to a specialized, defense-textile manufacturing environment in Stearns, Kentucky, where your hands-on problem-solving keeps production moving. In this Printing Technician opportunity, you’ll lead the printing department’s day-to-day technical support with a focus on quality, troubleshooting, and strengthening operator capability with minimal ramp-up.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Printing Technician position include:
- Direct industrial textile experience using flatbed and/or rotary-screen printing equipment
- Strong knowledge of printing-machine functions, process components, setup, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
- Ability to support department operations while remaining actively involved in daily production
- Willingness to work onsite in Stearns, Kentucky, and relocate if necessary
- ZIMMER equipment experience is preferred but not required
- Help coordinate production priorities and support operators while keeping the manager informed
- Diagnose machinery and printing-process issues; ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule
- Monitor quality, address printing defects, train and develop production employees, and manage printing inventory and supplies
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Up to 10% annual bonus; medical, dental, and vision after 60 days; 401(k) match up to 4% after one year; vacation and a personal day during the employee’s birthday month.
