Step into a high-impact Power Delivery Operations Manager role serving the Georgia / South Carolina region in a remote, field-based capacity with heavy regional travel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a safety-first utility construction organization specializing in transmission, distribution, substation, utility infrastructure, and drilled concrete foundation projects, where hands-on leaders can oversee major field operations, build strong utility relationships, and drive real results across the Southeast.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Power Delivery Operations Manager position include:
- 10+ years of experience in utility construction, power delivery, transmission, distribution, or substation work.
- Direct drilled concrete foundation experience is required.
- Manage up to 10 field crews and approximately 60 craft professionals across multiple active job sites.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, schedules, subcontractors, logistics, and client communication.
- Lead transmission, distribution, substation, utility infrastructure, and drilled concrete foundation projects safely and profitably.
- Maintain strong relationships with utility clients, including preferred experience with Georgia Power, Southern Company, or major utility contractors.
- Procore and Bluebeam experience required, with 3+ years preferred.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% throughout Georgia and South Carolina.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
