Build your future with a well-established, growing contractor delivering large-scale multifamily apartment builds across the Phoenix metro. In this Plumbing Superintendent opportunity, you’ll lead hands-on plumbing field operations from underground through final trim, ensuring every phase meets code, schedule, and quality expectations.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Superintendent position include:
- 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience; 3+ years as Superintendent, General Foreman, or Foreman
- Extensive ground-up multifamily apartment construction experience, ideally 100-500+ unit projects
- Lead plumbing field operations from underground through final trim
- Manage crews and subcontractors with a strong focus on safety, schedules, and quality
- Coordinate daily activities with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Conduct jobsite inspections for compliance with plumbing codes and project specifications
- Maintain daily reports, production tracking, and project documentation
- Support inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
