Bring your plumbing operations leadership to a mission-driven water and wastewater infrastructure organization based in Snoqualmie, Washington. This Plumbing Operations Manager role blends residential and commercial service with project-based work, giving you a hands-on leadership seat overseeing dispatch, scheduling, and customer coordination across the Pacific Northwest.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Operations Manager position include:
- 6–10 years of plumbing operations management experience.
- Manage field/service operations, projects, scheduling, dispatch, and customer relationships.
- Oversee 4 field employees and collaborate with the office manager.
- Lead residential and commercial plumbing work, primarily residential service and project-based projects.
- Ensure successful day-to-day plumbing operations oversight and crew leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Be comfortable with approximately 25% fieldwork, including occasional material deliveries.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to support clients and project execution.
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Employee medical insurance covered 100%, vision coverage, 2 weeks PTO, and 1 week accrued sick time; no current 401(k), but planned.
