Bring your residential plumbing leadership experience to a growing, production-focused contractor in Ocala, FL—where your day-to-day impact shows up in every home built on schedule and to code. In this Plumbing Field Supervisor opportunity, you’ll oversee active communities, coordinate closely with builder superintendents, and keep quality and production moving through each phase from underground to trim.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Field Supervisor position include:
- 5+ years in residential plumbing, with time in the field as a plumber before moving into supervision
- Direct experience in residential new construction production (tract or production homebuilding), including repeated and reversed floor plans and running multiple homes simultaneously
- Working knowledge of underground, rough-in, top-out, and trim sequencing
- Experience coordinating with builder superintendents and passing municipal inspections
- Ability to read plans and catch problems on paper before they reach the field
- Coordinate daily with builder superintendents on schedule changes, access, and sequencing
- Verify installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and builder expectations before inspection
- Manage material staging and delivery so crews are never waiting on parts
Salary: $75,000 base salary, paid weekly.
