Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include:
- 6+ years of experience designing mechanical solutions for hardware or consumer products
- Drive mechanical designs for a wide range of products from concept through production
- Strong 3D CAD modeling skills in SolidWorks, Onshape, Inventor, or similar software
- Create CAD models, production-ready drawings, and tolerance analyses
- Hands-on prototyping experience with 3D printing, machining, and shop tools
- Develop practical solutions for mechanical and system-level design challenges
- Experience with plastics, sheet metal, assemblies, gears, DFM, and DFA
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and manufacturers to support tooling and production readiness
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
