Step into a hands-on leadership role supporting world-class manufacturing operations in Warminster, PA, where your work will directly improve throughput, quality, and cost performance across multiple sites. In this Manufacturing Engineering Manager opportunity, you’ll lead continuous improvement, drive capital and automation projects, and develop a team of engineers aligned with operational excellence.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineering Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 2+ years leading engineers (team development, Lean implementation, and capital project execution required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, with data-driven problem-solving
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) and advanced Microsoft Excel; ability to navigate ERP/MRP systems
- Experience optimizing factory layouts, material flow, tooling, fixtures, and work cell design
- Ability to develop and deploy standard manufacturing documentation (Process Flows, PMFEAs, Control Plans, Work Instructions) and ensure consistent training
- Lead capital equipment and automation projects, including justification, implementation, and validation; collaborate with Facilities and Production
- Partner on NPI with Product, Quality, Production, and Design Engineering to support DFM and smooth transition to full-scale production
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
