In this Maintenance Technician opportunity, you’ll help keep production running safely and efficiently through preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician position include:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems according to established protocols and timelines.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, assess issues, and implement effective repairs in coordination with operations teams.
- Learn, read, and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams to support accurate repair and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including work orders and parts usage.
- Follow and enforce all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE requirements, and other company and regulatory safety standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical, dental and vision; 401k with a 50% match on contributions up to 6%, plus an additional 3% employer contribution each week regardless of employee contributions; three weeks of accrued PTO (prorated for the current year); sign-on bonus and monthly/quarterly perfect-attendance bonuses.
