In this Lead Superintendent - Glazing & Curtain Wall opportunity, you’ll lead hands-on field operations, manage teams, and help drive projects that range from $5K to $700K with a goal of tackling $2M this year.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Superintendent - Glazing & Curtain Wall position include:
- 8+ years of experience in the glazing and curtain wall industry, with substantial experience leading teams and running projects
- Lead and supervise day-to-day field operations for multiple job sites
- Set up projects, mobilize crews, and manage work from initiation to completion
- Train, mentor, and develop field technicians and apprentices
- Ensure equipment certifications and safety compliance standards are met for the team
- Oversee truck preparation, tool maintenance, and material supply orders
- Troubleshoot and solve technical glazing-related issues directly on job sites
- Support project scheduling, punch lists, and overall job site coordination
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, negotiable for the right candidate.
