This Lead Shipping And Receiving Clerk opportunity in Roanoke, TX offers an important lead-level role coordinating shipments, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment with warehouse, mechanics, sales representatives, vendors, and office teams.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Shipping And Receiving Clerk position include:
- Customer service, inventory, parts, or construction-support experience preferred
- Heavy equipment or industrial-parts knowledge is a plus
- Strong computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Enter received parts and inventory information into the company computer system; maintain accurate inventory and order records
- Coordinate with mechanics and sales reps regarding parts availability and delivery status; track shipments and resolve discrepancies or delays
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; load and unload trucks safely while keeping the warehouse organized and compliant with safety procedures
Salary: $25/hour
