Step into an award-winning Landscape Architecture practice in Palm Beach known for high-end residential and commercial work, a classic botanical garden approach, and a long-tenured team with very low turnover. This Landscape Architect opportunity gives you the chance to shape complete project designs from concept through final design while working fully in-office with a production-focused team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect position include:
- 2-5 years of experience in landscape architecture, ideally across both residential and commercial projects.
- Produce landscape plans and details from conceptual design through final design.
- Be able to obtain professional licensure within 2 years.
- Advanced knowledge of landscape architecture, plant material for design, and AutoCAD.
- Experience working on high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Strong communication, client relations, and presentation skills for government submittals.
- Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, reliable, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Stay involved through the whole project lifecycle in a production-heavy role with minimal management.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: MDV (50% paid on health/dental), 401k with 3% match, PTO (2 weeks), 100% cell phone reimbursement, $40/week daily travel allowance, further travel reimbursed by mileage, a bonus of 10% of profits, and a yearly discretionary bonus.
