In this Industrial Mechanical Technician with Class 1 Stationary Engineer License role, you’ll help expand a major CapEx project and strengthen preventive maintenance across a wide range of critical equipment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Mechanical Technician with Class 1 Stationary Engineer License position include:
- 5+ years of mechanical experience in an industrial setting, preferably chemical industry
- Must hold a Class 1 Stationary Engineer License
- Repair and troubleshoot chemical processing equipment, including pumps, vacuum pumps/systems, boilers, chillers, hot oil systems, ovens, mixers, and related utilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and track findings with accurate records
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred (ARC, MIG, TIG)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for minimizing repeat failures and unplanned downtime
- Support facility maintenance and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
- Maintain safety compliance with 5S standards and organized maintenance areas/spare parts storage
Salary: $30-$40/+hr based on experience.
