Description
Bring your HVAC expertise to a hands-on, customer-focused team serving residential homeowners across Sugar Land, TX. This Residential HVAC Technician opportunity offers the chance to keep comfort systems running safely and efficiently while working on a variety of residential heating and cooling equipment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Section 608 Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and extend system life.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using testing equipment and manufacturer specifications.
- Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately and on time.
Salary: $25-35/hr. Based off experience
Benefits: Take home vehicle, gas card, $200 tool allowance, $750 tool advance, company covers 80% of health insurance, and negotiable PTO.
