You’ll focus on ductless mini-split systems and Free Match multi-zone solutions while working in a supportive environment with room to prove yourself.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Sales Representative position include:
- 3+ years of HVAC or air-conditioning sales experience.
- Prospect for HVAC distributors, contractors, installers, and other potential customers throughout the United States.
- Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, referrals, and other outbound sales activities (approximately 80% cold calling/prospecting).
- Present and sell ductless mini-split air-conditioning systems, including single-zone mini-split systems, as well as Free Match multi-zone systems.
- Explain product features, applications, capacities, configurations, and competitive advantages; build enough product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate opportunities, follow up consistently, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track customer interactions and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide responsive and professional customer service; monitor customer needs, market activity, and competitor offerings.
Salary: $60k-$70k per year + uncapped commissions per year, commensurate with experience.
