Join a long-established, family-oriented HVAC team with over 35 years in the business and strong retention. We’re hiring an HVAC Commercial Foreman in North Hollywood, CA, where you’ll lead hands-on commercial HVAC projects, collaborate closely with general contractors, and help keep work on schedule, on budget, and done right.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Commercial Foreman position include:
- Supervise HVAC installers and laborers
- Plan, lead, organize, control, and perform commercial HVAC installations
- Review blueprints and job specifications; suggest changes when necessary
- Ensure weekly time cards are submitted, conduct weekly safety tailgate meetings, and complete monthly safety sheets
- Participate in project site meetings and final project walkthroughs
- Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to HVAC crews
- Ensure safety, budget, job quality, and timely project completion
- Coordinate with superintendents on scheduling and manpower; resolve material delivery issues
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, and PTO (1st year 5 days; 6 days sick day; 11 total).
