Take on the day-to-day ownership behind multiple new-construction communities as this HVAC Branch Operations Manager role in Sarasota, FL (with additional openings in North Port and Fort Myers) helps drive throughput, labor productivity, safety, and profitability.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Branch Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in residential HVAC new construction, including direct management of field supervisors and install crews.
- Strong working knowledge of residential HVAC installation, including equipment, ductwork, and rough-in and trim-out sequencing for single-family and multi-family construction.
- Ability to schedule and deploy manpower across multiple active communities and job sites simultaneously.
- Experience managing builder relationships and performing to production-builder schedules and expectations.
- Track record of hiring, training, and retaining field talent in a competitive labor market.
- Own overall branch operations and performance, including production volume, labor efficiency, job costs, and contribution to branch profitability.
- Plan and schedule manpower against builder production schedules to keep crews ahead of the critical path.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for builder superintendents and purchasing agents while resolving field issues quickly.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
