Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design for commercial buildings, preferably in aviation, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, or governmental facilities
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating with multi-discipline engineering teams
- Revit MEP proficiency required, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 and applicable engineering software
- Design electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency generation, fire alarm, security, and related building systems
- Prepare BIM drawings, coordinate with other disciplines, support construction administration, and ensure contract documents reflect project scope accurately
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships while mentoring junior designers and supporting project delivery from design through construction
Salary: $105,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
