In this Customer Service Representative opportunity in Holland, OH (Toledo), you’ll help keep quotes, orders, and customer communication moving smoothly from first request to production readiness.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position include:
- 1+ years of previous customer service, office, administrative, order entry, or inside sales support experience
- Process customer orders and quote requests with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Manage customer emails through Outlook and respond to questions about quotes, orders, products, pricing, lead times, and order status
- Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to clarify specifications and missing information
- Document customer conversations accurately in the appropriate order or quote file
- Coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and other departments by communicating order details and updates
- Develop working product knowledge over time across shower enclosures, mirrors, custom glass, glass railings, commercial glass doors, interior glass products, and glass hardware
- Use Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learn internal order management and quoting systems
Salary: $23-$28/hr
Benefits: Medical, life insurance (paid for), 401k with 4% match, and a bonus of 10% of net profit distributed to employees.
