Bring your contracting expertise to a mission-driven, advanced materials and recycling platform building a first-of-its-kind manufacturing facility in Modesto, California. In this Contracts Manager – Manufacturing opportunity, you’ll help ensure capital projects are properly negotiated, administered, and executed as recycled glass is transformed into low-carbon construction materials.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Contracts Manager – Manufacturing position include:
- 7+ years managing contracts for industrial construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, EPC, or process industry projects.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction, engineering, procurement, equipment supply, consulting, and service agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including bid documents, contract execution, change orders, amendments, claims, and closeout.
- Coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel.
- Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, payment schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend strategies to mitigate commercial exposure.
- Support contractor prequalification, bid evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
- Maintain organized contract documentation, records, and reporting systems.
Salary: $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
