In this Construction Project Superintendent opportunity, you’ll help drive field operations on $30M+ work while maintaining a culture of quality, integrity, and stability.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Superintendent position include:
- 10+ years of field experience on commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to work on projects with little to no other on-site supervision, with lead Superintendent-level capability targeted
- Assist in preparing construction schedules and sequences of work
- Schedule, deliver, coordinate logistics, control quality, and determine employee staffing levels for trade employees
- Resolve local area issues related to procedures, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment, schedule, and other appropriate matters
- Review plans and specifications for constructability and construction schedules; advise the project team of issues or deficiencies
- Understand and ensure work is installed per contract documents, including drawings, specifications, shop drawings, schedules, and local codes
- Oversee site safety program, ensure subcontractors comply with safety requirements, and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
