Take the next step with a family-owned construction company delivering commercial painting and architectural millwork for multifamily projects across New England. This Construction Project Manager-Carpentry opportunity is based in Burlington, MA, with projects throughout the region and a direct reporting line to leadership.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager-Carpentry position include:
- 3–5 years of construction project management experience (commercial multifamily projects involving 10+ unit buildings required).
- Manage multiple active projects, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and RFIs.
- Coordinate directly with general contractors and manage carpentry/millwork and painting/drywall-related construction work.
- Plan and manage resources, budgets, and schedules across multiple multifamily projects.
- Own each project from start-up through closeout, maintaining quality and keeping GC partners and owners satisfied.
- Review contracts, drawings, and scope; resolve discrepancies before they become problems.
- Lead site visits and coordinate with GC project managers, superintendents, and field teams.
- Manage change orders and project documentation, including submittals, samples, and safety information.
Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 per year, paid weekly. Sign on bonus and annual bonus potential
