Step into a hands-on concrete leadership opportunity in Fort Myers, FL, where quality workmanship and job-site safety drive every pour. In this Concrete Foreman role, you’ll take ownership of projects, lead crews from the front, and help keep work moving safely and efficiently.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Foreman position include:
- Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience; foreman, lead, or crew-leader experience strongly preferred
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites, coordinating daily work and assigning tasks
- Read plans, drawings, measurements, and job specifications, including elevations
- Oversee layout, forming, reinforcing, pouring, finishing, and other concrete work
- Coordinate concrete pours, materials, equipment, and manpower to meet schedule and quality standards
- Monitor job-site safety and enforce company safety procedures
- Communicate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
- Identify and solve field problems early while training and developing less-experienced crew members
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
